South Mountain Reservation
This weekend we went to South Mountain Reservation with our friends the Franks. They have three little boys as well. We had a great time. It is only about 15 minutes from our house. There were tons of trails, bridges, waterfalls, rocks, & creeks. Need I say more! To say the least the boys were fully entertained for three hours. We have been lucky and have had a great week of nice weather. The Franks introduced us to this neat tucked away place. It is right off a main road and if you blink you'll miss it. I am sure we will spend a lot of time there in the future. Thanks for a great time and the pics A & C!

BREAKING NEWS!
This week was a big week at the Rich house. Both P and B came home from school with some BIG news. B announced on Mon that he had recieved the "Artist of the Week" award at school. So his art picture that he had done was in the glass case right in front when you walk in the school. I went in and read to B's class this week so afterwards he took me down to see it. I have to say I was pretty impressed. It showed a lot of creativity. It looks like he is taking after his Uncle Ben. So just when I thought that it couldn't get any better Tues. P came home from school and said that he to had won an award at school and it was in his backpack and to be careful not to bend it. When I pulled it out it was a certificate for "Student of the Month". He was so pleased and so are we! We are so proud of our little boys! I will post a picture of B's Art picture when he is aloud to bring it home.

Return of Frosty
It was a winter wonderland this past week and the boys took full advantage of the snow day. It wasn't long before all the kids (and adults I might add) joined us in a massive snowball fight, snow forts included. Once our arms were too sore to throw another snowball, we all teamed up and brought Frosty back to life - standing about 8 feet tall and weighing in at ?? (well I don't know the weight, suffice it to say, it took all of us to get him put together). Nothing like a "snow day".
Princess H
We have discovered recently that H is very comfortable with his masculinity and is not afraid to dress for the occasion. He has had a few playdates with his neighbor girl friend and rather enjoys the change in playdate activities - playing dress-up, especially his very important role of "Cinderella". And yes, the glass slipper was a perfect fit!
Night out with Great Friends!
Just a few pics from a fun night out that we had in the city with our friends. The Archibalds, who currently live in Boston, had a spontaneous trip to Connecticut and called to see if we could meet them in the City the next night for dinner. Our answer was of course YES! We got a babysitter and met them on the upper east side at a pizzeria called Totonnos. I must say, the pizza was some of the best pizza I have ever had. We then went to frozen yogurt at the famous Pink Berry. We had great food, great company, and a lot of laughs - Thanks B & J, it was great to see you!
