Braxton the Artist!

Braxton is taking after his Uncle Ben in the art department. Braxton loves art and enjoys his art class at school. A couple of his projects have been selected for art shows. This was one project selected and displayed this past weekend. His art teacher was there and had wonderful things to say about having Braxton in her class (always good words for a parent to hear). Good job B!

Hudson can't get enough of Playdough

We play with playdough a lot at our house and Hudson does not like having to smash and mix up all of his creations in order to preserve each individual color of playdough. So one day he asked if we could take a picture of it so we could show dad when he got home. Here is one of his favorite little people that he made clothes for. Pretty cute huh!

The Archibald's came to Visit!

We had a great weekend with the Archibald family in town. There is never a dull moment, whether it be Jake going from ball to ball, Annie showing us her new dance moves, Braxton, Porter and Hudson going non-stop or a great date night at Jose Tejas (where we were treated like royalty - right Jord).

Wouldn't be a night for Mike, without a pyramid picture

Happy Birthday Jordan!

President's Day in the City

Here are a few pictures from our adventure in the city on Pres. Day. My friend Eliza and I thought it would be fun to go to the Museum of Natural History in the City and hit one of our favorite places for lunch The Shake Shack. So that is what we did. We all piled into Eliza's van and headed into the city. We hit the Shake Shack for lunch first to beat the rush and it ended up working out just perfect. One of Eliza's friends that lives in Brooklyn met us there with her three little girls. We had the whole basement to ourselves as we partook of the best shakes, burgers, and fries in the city. I am sorry to say that I did not get one photo of this experience. Then headed over to the museum. Unfortunately it was packed but that didn't stop us! The kids loved seeing the Dinosaur exhibits and many others. I have to say we were quite the sight in the city with three woman, two strollers, and 8 small kids among us, but we had fun and the Shake Shack is always worth the trip.
