This is about the 5th take of H trying to tell us about how his arm came out of its socket. Needless to say, we never quite got the whole story.

H turned 3!!!!!
This past Memorial Day, H had his 3rd birthday! We can't believe our baby is 3 already. He wanted to have a "Beach Cake" with a beach party, so that is what we did. We had my best attempt at a "Beach Cake", balloons, Leigh's, a trip to the local pool, and a barbecue with his friends. It was a fun day and I think H had a good time, so mission accomplished!
H was pretty pleased with his new cash register and microwave.

Central Avenue School Carnival!
The kids school had its annual carnival. I was informed by the boys that it was a requirement to attend so what else could I say. We had a great time. The boys played the games, rode rides, and H tried cotton candy for the first time. It was a big day for everyone. B and P also loved the dunk tank. They used a majority of their tickets on this. They loved seeing the teachers and the principal get dunked. It was hilarious. Our little T-ball player P got up and threw it two times in a row, hitting the bulls eye both times to dunk the teacher. He could not have been more pleased with himself. Everyone was shocked and cheering him on because he was so little!
The Crayola Factory Field Trip - in Easton,PA
A couple of weeks ago, P's kindergarten class along with the other three kindergarten classes, took a field trip to the Crayola Factory in Easton, PA. It is about and 1 hour and 15 min bus ride. P was talking about it for weeks and was very excited about it. Just the fact that they got to ride on a bus was a big deal since our schools don't bus the kids because we all live within 2 miles of the school. I was a little bit worried that once we got there it might be a little crazy because we have been there as a family before and I knew it was a pretty busy place. It ended up being a great day. P was in his heaven - coloring, painting, and crafting away! I got assigned P and his friend Miles for the day and this is them on the bus ready to go!

Six Stitches for H
I had my first trip (pretty good for 9 years worth of boys) to the ER last week. H was playing in the basement with P and I was putting the groceries away, when I heard a thud and crying. I knew it was H and I was not too alarmed because this is a regular occurrence in our house with three crazy boys. After a few moments I went to see what happened. H had hit his forehead on the back corner of our cheap IKEA couch that is basically wood covered with fabric. He was not bleeding bad but big drops were coming out and I could see all the tissue and it was split wide open, it was pretty gross. I got H stable and then finished putting the groceries away, got activities and snacks for P and H and took off for the ER. H was a trooper he got 6 stitches and he didn't even cry. He just winced and told the Dr that it hurt and to "stop it." He got them out this week and it is looking pretty good so far. We are hoping that it won't scar too bad, but we'll see.
